Three Elite Gated Communities on Grand Lake

Grand Lake of the Cherokees in Northeast Oklahoma is known as a wonderful playground for all types of water sports and activities. There are many housing opportunities in all price ranges from a simple cabin to a luxury home in a gated community. Today I want to write about three gated communities with luxury homes  valued in a price range of $400,000 to $2,000,000 or thereabouts. The Chateaus on Monkey Island are stately rock homes with big beams. The timeless designs of the 46 homes located to enjoy the full 180 degree of the lakeview in most cases and on the street side enjoy the beauty of The Penninsula Golf Club Gold Course. Two recent sales in The Chateaus were for $1.3 million and 1.4 million with both being gutted and completely redone inside. Reasonable dues take care of all lawn care and security.

The Coves on South Grand Lake is another fine gated community. It also has a golf course, club house for gatherings, work out room, swimming pool, tennis, and swings for the little ones. The Coves has many fine homes both on the water or the golf course. Homes of all price ranges are usually available.

The Points, also on South Grand Lake, is an exclusive gated community with the finest of luxury homes. The Points does not offer alot of ammentities but does offer a park like setting in a remote setting not far from Ketchum, OK. Beautiful lake views and a vast sea of grass and stately trees are everywhere your eye looks.
