2014 has come and went at a very fast pace. Real Estate on Grand Lake has been active and our Grand Lake Team has had a busy and fulfilling year. Prices of homes remain pretty much steady. Demand in areas that are mostly weekender’s remains slower than we would like to see. Homes that are fulltime or bought to be fulltime in the next 2-5 years have been where most action has taken place. There is demand from people who are retiring or would like to retire when they feel the economy will let them. First time buyers have been active. There are several loan programs to fit most buyers’ needs. We are not seeing homes not being sold for lack of available credit.
