Grand Lake of the Cherokees is one of very few lakes were you can maintain your shore line if it currently is maintained. This adds beauty, view, less critters, and more enjoyment to a lake home. The community boat docks are a short distance  of a few hundred feet West of the home out of site but very close to enjoy the boat.
