Across the town of Grove is another new addition in a new area, Fairstone Beach. We have two choice waterview lots in this area of exclusive homes. List number 08-1825 is listed at $68,500 and number 08-1823 is $65,000. Surrounding Fairstone Beach is The Preserve, a gated community, Oak Hill Estates, and Pointe West.
