The Grand Lake Real Estate Market is still seeing people out looking for homes for retirement on Grand Lake or second homes on Grand Lake. The Grand Lake Waterfront Homes Market remains tight with few listings and still robust demand by buyers. Many buyers are buying with cash so the rise in interest rates has not affected these buyers. We are perplexed that the normal rate of homes coming on the market each year in the spring has not happened. Prices are up in most cases at least 25% over 1-2 years ago and some are up more than that.
