Development Waterfront Land on Grand LakeFriday, October 9th, 2009
There are a few people starting to look at development waterfront land on Grand Lake again. Just today I saw a closing on the Grand Lake MLS for $925,000 for 3 acres with 1000′ shoreline that sits next to a high dollar neighbor in Grove, OK. If you have been thinking about getting ahead of the curve and want to plan a development on Grand Lake, now might be the time to buy the raw land and start planning. As the country comes out of recession, there will be demand for waterfront homes.
We own and offer a nice location for a condo building with 3 acres and 900 feet of shoreline with city water, gas, and electric at property and city sewer on .2 mile away with approval to hook onto it. This property also has 40 boat slips already permitted. The slips will have to be built but permits are in place. This property could be bought for $1,250,000. It is cleared and has had phase 1 and 2 examinations done. It is just outside the city limits of Grove, OK with beautiful waterfront.
We also have listed about 15-20 minutes outside of Grove, 18.98 acres with 919′ of shoreline. This land has pretty tall oak and pine trees with rolling terrian. It is listed for $450,000.
We own and offer a luxury home building lot with ocean like view toward the old Shangri La or new Peninsula Club. This lot five minutes from downtown Grove, OK has 246′ of shoreline and has a gentle slope, just right for a walk out basement home plan. This Pointe West lot may be bought for $350,000.
In Patricia Island Estates we own and offer a very nice building lot with 150′ of waterfront, great view, level lot for most any plan. This lot is across the street from the golf course. It is offered at $250,000.
We also know of many other fine properties on the Grand Lake MLS.
