Just today I saw a closing on the Grand Lake MLS for $925,000 for 3 acres with 1000′ shoreline that sits next to a high dollar neighbor in Grove, OK. If you have been thinking about getting ahead of the curve and want to plan a development on Grand Lake, now might be the time to buy the raw land and start planning. As the country comes out of recession, there will be demand for waterfront homes.
