Grand Lake in NE Oklahoma is a fun place to make memories, share friends and family, and to kick back and let the world go by. Today is Saturday November 14, 2009. The weather is great with temperature in upper 60’s. Another great weekend at Grand Lake. Today is the Christmas Open House at several of the quaint shoppes of the area. As I drove in a few minutes ago from out of town I was amazed at the cars around the shoppes. The Grapevine, a popular floral and decorating shop north out of town about 5 miles was the first I came by. It must of had 20-25 cars surrounding the business. As I got into town, the downtown area parking was full of cars and this continued all along main street to just before the Honey Creek Bridge when I stopped at our RE/MAX Grand Lake office.

I thought you truly can enjoy the Grand Lake area year round. Of course we think of lake activities including sailing, power boating, jet skiing, fishing and the other enjoyable lake sports but it is so neat that this unique area can offer year round activities for family and friends to enjoy away from the hustle and bustle of the big city go go life.

Give some thought to investing for a good economic purchase but also investing in family and friends at Grand Lake.
