The first Grand Lake Area Real Estate Symposium is going to be held next week. This is an invitational meeting for business leaders of the Grand Lake area including Langley, Ketchum, Monkey Island, and Grove. The symposium will outline recent growth in commercial, infastructure,  housing developments, and homes in the entire Grand Lake area. It will also look at current and planned projects. Sales figures will be presented for the Grand Lake area in price and number of sales compared to the past years.

This will be an action packed meeting with speakers from Oklahoma Department of Commerce, National Association of Realtors, Local Realtors, and Oklahoma State Representative Doug Cox. It will give the latest on current projects on Grand Lake.
