As we think of the Christmas Season, I have to also think of how great it is to live full time on Grand Lake. I live on Monkey Island about 16 miles west of Grove, OK. It has been a real gift to slow down my life and enjoy matching people with the right home or property in the Grand Lake area.

You too can experience this gift in God’s world of Grand Lake. If not full time, the area offers many choices of second home properties. Monkey Island is a great area of mostly part times. We have lake front condos, hi rise luxury condos, less expensive wooded lot homes, and one million dollar homes. Monkey Island has its own airport and many fine places to dine. There are also some nice shops to find neat things, and two championship golf courses.

Grove, OK is a neat small city with great little quaint gift shops, wonder eating places, Lowes, Wal Mart super center, eight or nine different banks and many more home lenders. We have many churches and they all work together for the community. The hospital is part of Integris Health of Oklahoma and plans a brand new facility within the next three years.

Grove is also home of the North Beach 55+ community just four miles from downtown on the lake. We offer so many different types and prices of homes for full time living or a second home.

I enjoy the lights of Christmas as I drive thru our area here on Grand Lake. Monkey Island, Grove, or many of the other nice areas of the lake are a great place to enjoy.
