Grand Lake Real Estate
Wednesday, November 25th, 2009The real estate market on Grand Lake has seen more people out looking at Grove subdivision homes, Grand Lake waterfront homes, and waterview homes the last week of October and first 25 days of November. We had a slow October when weather was dreary for over two weeks but since sun has been shining people are out looking.
Most buyers are cautious and taking dead aim on what they want but are gaining confidence in buying. Our market has not seen the huge declines in price that many areas of our country has but has been affected by the general tone of the national market. In response to just mentioned we had not seen many buyers from out of state but that also is changing. Just this Thanksgiving week I have shown homes to folks from the Kansas City, MO area, Dallas, TX, and from Arizona. Last week I had buyers from Nebraska. This is what we like to see and in normal time see alot of.
