Some new waterfront lots just went on the market outside Grove in what will be a very nice upscale area but they are priced at $600,000.  Ok, if building a million + . home but if you want a grand location at much lessor cost look at the lots above–great settings and nice price. Buy now and build in future but lock in lower prices now.  New developements will cost more.
