All of these communities are gated and offer many family activities to enjoy. The Grove area has Meghan Coves, a value priced lake community with many ammenties. The Preserve is the newest gated community in Grove with every lot having the opportunity to purchase a community boat slip. They offer both lakeview and waterfront lots. Patricia Island Estates is not gated but is an elegant golf course community. You can purchase lots with boat slips at Patricia Island also.
