New Custom Homes Are Being Built On Grand Lake –We Have Some Great Building Lots For Your Dream Home

New home construction in the Grand Lake area has been at a very slow snail’s pace for the past three years but this year we are seeing signs that people are wanting their custom home built on a special waterfront lot, gated community lot, or golf course lot in the Grand Lake area. In the Grove area of Grand Lake I know of a least four custom homes just getting started and about four more well along in the construction process. Now does make sense to think building. Interest rates remain at all time lows, but we all know that this cannot go on forever. There are builders available to build your dream home and sub-contractors to help them, and we have a good inventory of choice lots to pick from.

Our Grand Lake Team at RE/MAX Grand Lake has several nice lot selections including Grand Lake waterfront lots in several good locations priced from $69,000- 295,000 depending on view, location, water depth, and surroundings. We have gated community lots such as The Preserve available with boat slips in a new marina, and we also have wonderful golf course lots in Patricia Island. While inventory is good now, once buying gets going to any degree will  wipe out all inventory with no new additions planned currently to pickup slack that could develop rather quickly.

11-384 is a Buffalo Shores North waterfront lot with boat dock in place. Buffalo Shores North is one of Grove’s premier subdivisions and this lot in protected cove is priced to sell at only $139,900.
