The winter has been more harsh than usual for Grand Lake in Northeast Oklahoma, but you know we just have one of these kind of bad winters every 8-10 years. We just have to get through it and enjoy the Spring when it arrives.

February usually brings a couple weeks of Spring like weather and I am sure this February will be no different. We had one day of bright sun and mid 60’s yesterday. Today is about 40 but still sunny. Just think in about eight weeks the dogwoods and redbuds will be in bloom and the best time of the year on Grand Lake and the Grove, Oklahoma will be here. Real estate lookers are starting to come out of the wood work and think homes. Interest rates are still low, we have good value in our home prices, and a great location with four seasons in the lower midwest for our Northeast Oklahoma location on beautiful Grand Lake. Grove, Monkey Island, The Coves, The Points, and many other areas of South Grand Lake to the Northern End of the lake offer their own beauty and value. I welcome calls and emails regarding property.
