Tulsa Boat Show January 29-February 4, 2007Saturday, January 27th, 2007
The annual Tulsa Boat Sport and Travel Show opens to the public on Tuesday January 30 at the fairgrounds in Tulsa, OK. After the areas recent ice storm and winter blast everyone is ready to think spring. The Tulsa boat show seems to always also kick off the lake real estate season. Seeing the vast choices of boats, power water craft, rv’s, and other toys laker’s like makes everyone in the mood for spring and boating season. Our weather usually moderates in February and soon spring really is here.
While waiting for spring lake season, this is a good time to review real esate listings on line such as my www.grandlakeokhomes.com or remax.com. Study the home prices for size, waterfront or not, and educate yourself so that you will make an informed buyer when you once decide to take the plunge and move to the lake full time or buy that second or third home as many baby boomers are doing now.
Grand Lake in Oklahoma is centrally located in the lower midwest and in the northeast corner of Oklahoma. We have four seasons without the real extremes of summer or winter. Green Country, as our area is called, is truly a paradise with seasonal color no matter the season. Our lake is known far and wide by boaters, fishermen, and others who enjoy the outdoors.
