The cabinets are a deep cherry stained on alder wood. The guest bath and two guest bedrooms are downstairs. The upstairs is an entire level of luxury for the owners. Enjoy the marble shower or lounge in the separate jacuzzi tub while unwinding from a long week at work. The master suite has room for a creative area, desk, private couple’s living area in addition to the space for as large of bed as you can desire. The view from the master suite flows out of the protected cove the home sits on the banks of to the wide open view of the main area of Grand Lake.

The yard is landscaped and sodded with a carpet of lush fescue grass. The lake water pump provides low cost irrigation through the provided lawn sprinkler system. This home is one of three Chalets, all new, at the end of a quiet dead end street. It is a great location for peace and quiet enjoyment but only 1-3 miles to one of the many fine places to dine on Monkey Island, or for a quick dash to the convenience store at the airport.

You will soon notice that this is not the common builder’s spec home as you see the twin Pella sliding doors for deck access or to enjoy the view of the lake thru. Pella windows are also in this home. Hardiplank concrete siding keeps the outside low upkeep and solid as can be. Owens Corning keeps the temperature just right with R38 ceiling insulation and R19 wall. Stamped concrete is used on the drive and walkway to the home for that extra touch.
