Grand Lake Homes For Sale have been slow this year. We had high water on the lake during the prime selling season and it just kept buyers away.  the homes did not get flooded I am talking about but the lake was just not fun to be on with trash and so forth.  This has only happened a few times in 50 years so not a big deal but we thought prices would be higher for waterfront homes and lake area homes for sale this year but they aren’t.
