Many people only think of Grand Lake for the great summer time fun boating and tubing or kayaking and so on but winter at Grand Lake can be fun too. Just last weekend I saw fisherman out fishing on a pleasant day and tritoon boats out enjoying a break in the winter. This morning winter has returned with cold weather and rain past couple of days but while sitting in our waterfront home on Grand Lake eating breakfast I looked out and saw Pelicans and Ducks by the gazillions right out my window. I watched them for about 20 minutes diving for their breakfast just out side my window. Quite a treat and what a wonderful way to start your day.

Grand Lake is truly a paradise to enjoy in all seasons. You will experience a true relaxation and a profound awe of nature all at once.
